General Return Policy
At the event of product/products found to be physically damaged, defective, expired or different from the description on the detail page shall be subject to refund. The customer can raise a complaint and share the supporting images and receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery with customer care team to substantiate their claim. But the reporting needs to done within 2 hours of delivery of the order.

REFUNDS
Conditions
Refunds can be requested if the following conditions apply to at least any one of the following:
a) Item received is physically damaged; or
b) Item received is different from their description on the product detail page and/or description on the e-invoice;
c) Item received is defective or expired.
Note:
i) A refund will be initiated after due verification by a Customer support team.
ii) In case the product is found to be physically damaged or different from the description the refund for the products will be done in Customer’s app wallet within 10 working days.

REPLACEMENT OR RETURN
Due to the nature of the products sold, replacement or return is not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Consumer can cancel their order within the cut-off time mentioned on the product detail page on the product detail page by himself or by raising ticket on the ‘Help & Support’ section of the app. In such a case we will adjust the payments to customer’s app wallet.
There would be no cancellation charges.
User is not entitled to cancellations post cut-off time mentioned on the product detail page.
Consumer can cancel their subscription through the app interface or by reaching out to the customer support.
BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Services

All payments in respect of the Products shall be made to SWASTIK PLAST INDUSTRIES (“SPI”) through the Aashirvaad Svasti mobile application (“Platform”). To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to SPI Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that SPI may use certain third-party vendors and service providers, including payment gateways, to process payments and manage payment card information.

In order to make payments online, you undertake to use a valid payment card or bank details or third party wallets or details required for any other mode of payment (“Payment Details”) with the authority to use the same, to have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the payment on the Platform in good standing. By providing the Payment Details, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

You are legally authorized to provide such Payment Details;

You are legally authorized to perform payments using such Payment Details; and
-
Such action does not violate the terms and conditions applicable to Your use of such Payment Details or applicable law.

You agree that You are responsible for any fees charged by Your mobile carrier in connection with Your use of the payment services through Your mobile.

SPI shall use the Payment Details as described in SPI’s Privacy Policy. You may add, delete, and edit the Payment Details you have provided from time to time through the Platform.

The payment receipt for completion of a transaction shall be made available on the Platform.

Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law, SPI is not liable for any payments authorized through the Platform using Your Payment Details.

Particularly, SPI is not liable for any payments that do not complete because of:

Your payment card or bank account or third-party wallet does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction or the transaction exceeds the credit limit in respect of the Payment Details provided;

You have not provided SPI with correct Payment Details;

Your payment card has expired; or
-
Circumstances beyond SPI’s control (such as, but not limited to, power outages, interruptions of cellular service, or any other interferences from an outside force) which prevent the execution of the transaction.

The Platform shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions conducted on our Platform using your payment card or internet banking. The Platform shall not be obligated to refund any money to you in such instances.

SPI reserves the rights to revise the shipping charges from time to time at its sole discretion without any requirement to notify you of the same. The shipping charge may or may not be discounted or removed on account of any voucher, discount or any promotional scheme. You will be shown the applicable fee before checking out and finishing your order placement.
